The Biostat Decision Tool

Introduction

 
The BioStat Decision Tool is a maths-free decision making tool for statistical data analysis, particularly aimed at biologists that have small n-number data sets. Please note the tool does not tell you how to carry out the tests with your particular software package, nor does it allow you to input your own data. What is does do is explain which tests to use and how best to present your data. We welcome feedback and suggestions so feel free to send us an email: biostat[at]lucyferrin.co.nz.  

The tool was developed by Dr Siouxsie Wiles and Dr Anne Bishop, biologists working in the fields of cell biology, molecular microbiology and immunology, and is also available to purchase as an app for Android and Apple devices
