Students from Western INBRE Network (RAIN) states (Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, and Wyoming) interested in visiting and working in Nevada may apply for a 2021 RAIN Undergraduate Research Student Exchange in Nevada at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas or the University of Nevada, Reno.
The Nevada INBRE Program is offering a 10-week fellowship for students interested in biomedical research. In addition to doing guided research, students will attend training and seminar presentations and present their work at an undergraduate research symposium. Selected applicants will be matched with an appropriate faculty mentor to complete a project.
Details of the program:
Program Dates: The program dates will vary slightly depending on whether you are at UNLV or UNR, but generally run from mid-June to early August.
Undergraduate Research Poster Session Dates: TBD August 2021
Pay: up to $6000 for the summer (paid as hourly wage over the working dates of the program)
